Will the machine difficult to use? 
1. When shipping, we generally ensure the whole - machine delivery. Only some parts that are easy to assemble will be removed to save space. After receiving the machine, customers can use it after simple assembly. 
2. We will test with the customer's samples and adjust the machine parameters.
3. We also provide the necessary machine operation manuals and teaching videos. If you need support, our engineers will provide online real - time remote guidance.
How long is the warranty period and when does it start?
For most standard equipment components and assemblies, we offer a warranty period of 24 months from the date of equipment delivery. During this period, if any component or assembly fails due to a manufacturing defect or material quality issue, we will provide free replacement parts. 
What is the scope of the warranty?
1. Covered Defects
(1) Manufacturing Defects: Issues from improper workmanship, like low machining accuracy of mechanical parts, poor assembly quality. 
(2) Material Defects: Components failing due to material flaws.
(3) Design Defects: Equipment malfunctions caused by inherent design flaws. Main electrical components unable to operate normally due to design flaws will be handled according to the warranty.
2. Warranty Exclusions
Normal consumable or wearable parts are not covered. Damages caused by improper use, abuse, negligence,as well as those from natural disasters, accidents, force majeure, and unauthorized modifications, are not within the warranty scope.

When you purchase our machines, we will record the specifications of various accessories of your machine so as to provide them quickly when you need them. You can contact us through our website or by contacting the service personnel in charge of you.
What if the spare part are out of your stock?
We keep a regular inventory. For non - standard accessories, we will immediately produce them according to your requirements and usually be ready within one week.
Do you provide on - site installation and debugging services?
Yes, we can provide on - site installation and debugging services. We will charge a service fee of 150 USD/person/day, and the buyer needs to bear the round - trip transportation and accommodation expenses.
